  Been a patient here for over a decade noticing some real unpleasant changes. There is constantly new drs at this practise and all the dr you have familiarised with have left including mine whom I saw for 10 years services have changed I'm a chronic disease patient I used to get all my test results within days now I wait weeks for results if I get them at all the new phone service is shocking spend forever on hold the fees have increased and most recently had a late appointment and doors were locked already before the surgery was even shut had to ring and listen to the message then wait forever for a human to answer got up to the surgery which was empty why it took so long to answer call who knows an elderly couple walked in after me unimpressed they had to ring for entry also might be time to give this surgery the flick

  I will never be going back to this clinic.. called for a telehealth appt because I have covid. Told receptionist I was in extreme pain and asked for a Dr that prescribed pain killers. She booked me in with a doctor who has a policy for not prescribing pain killers. The appointment cost me $50 that I did not have to waste. I was so upset and annoyed because I could of used the money on food or some sort of service to bring supplies to my home. I hung up on the receptionist because I was so angry with her. The woman kept calling me back, after the third call I had tell her to leave me alone. What a waste of time and money. This clinic does not really care about patients just their medical licence and making money.

  i have had multiple issues with this place to a dr actually flipping out at me and being incredibly rude because i didnt share the same view on masks.
  To my appointment being cancelled without notice because apparently i have a ban on my file because my last appointment i asked to see the nurse, not a dr as i had already seen a dr to get my script from that very practice i just needed a nurse to give my my injection. so they annoyingly booked me with a dr and i explained to the dr i dont need to see a dr just a nurse, nothing had changed im healthy etc. she said i need to take a pregnacy test. i said why? she said my injection was overdue. i explained its a waste of my time and yours because its going to be negitive she refused me and i asked if i can see another dr then. the receptionist told me to wait so i did. i got called my the nurse only to be told i need to see a dr as they cant give it to me without the conscent of a dr.
  
  These drs must have gotten their medical certificate of a cereal box.
  highly encourage going to a different dr's practice

  Went to see a gp here. Waited over an hour and no one ever came out. I wasn’t the only one either seemingly waiting forever. I’m not sure what’s up with this place but I’m not sure they provide medical care.

  Really helpful reception staff and friendly, knowledgeable doctors and nurses who actually communicate with you like you're a real life person. Have always had a good experience with them.
